What is SodaTide?
SodaTide is a daily dietary supplement in vegetarian capsules. The brand describes it as an advanced synbiotic, meaning it pairs prebiotic fiber with a probiotic blend, and states that it supports gut balance, digestion, satiety and appetite comfort, and general metabolic function.
It is made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility, is GMP certified, and is vegetarian, lactose-free, natural and non-GMO.
What is inside each capsule?
The brand lists three key ingredients: chicory root inulin, which is a prebiotic fiber; potato resistant starch; and a three-strain probiotic blend.
The amounts are not listed here. The full Supplement Facts panel is printed on the bottle label, and customer support can share details if you would like them.
How do I take it?
The directions stated by the brand are simple: one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, preferably in the morning before a meal.
Many people attach it to a regular cue, such as brewing coffee or brushing their teeth, so it becomes second nature. A bottle holds 30 capsules, which equals a 30-day supply.
Keep the bottle where your morning already happens, like next to the coffee maker or the bathroom sink, with a glass close by. If you travel, drop a few capsules into a small pouch so the routine goes with you.
How much does it cost?
There are three pack sizes:
That works out to 60, 90 and 180 days of capsules. Bigger packs also come with six free bonus guides: Sleep Live Better, Accelerated Metabolism, Facial Rejuvenation, Renova Flora Protocol, 10-Day Metabolic Challenge and Personalized Usage Guide.
- 2 bottles: $79 each, plus $9.99 shipping
- 3 bottles: $69 each, with free US shipping
- 6 bottles: $49 each, with free US shipping, the best value
Guarantee and support
Every pack is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you decide SodaTide is not for you within that window, customer support handles the refund process and can walk you through it.
Customer support can also help with questions about your order, directions or the label. They are the best source for specifics, so reach out whenever something comes up.
Quick tip: save the date of your order in your calendar so you always know where you are in the 60 days.
Remember that the guarantee applies to all packs, whether you choose two bottles, three bottles or six. That means the size of your order never changes the length of your trial window.
Your next step with SodaTide
The easiest way to choose is to think about how long you would like a steady routine. Two bottles give you two months, three bottles give you three months with free shipping, and six bottles give you half a year at the lowest price per bottle.
Once your order arrives, place the bottle next to a glass of water, pick your morning anchor and take your first capsule. SodaTide is ready when you are, and a friendly guarantee stands behind your first two months.
Still deciding? Start with the question that matters most to you, whether that is price, shipping or how long you want your routine to last, and let the numbers above guide you. You can always return to this page for a quick refresher.
